Just wanted to say how satisfied CBC Soccer is with the current turf that Sprinturf provided us. What a tremendous improvement over the turf we previously had – night and day difference! This is the third turf we’ve had and it is by far the very best yet.

People may not realize how important a proper turf is for soccer – what may be ok for one sport, American football, may not be ok for soccer. The nature of soccer is a game that demands a surface conducive to an active game with a moving ball and 22 very active players. The ball may roll fast, slow or normal – it may bounce high, low or normal – in soccer that makes a big difference. Our previous turf really affected the game in a negative way – the ball seemed to be rolling out of play or bouncing higher than it should – we could never get comfortable with how it would play. As a coach, I was very frustrated and felt that we did NOT have a home-field advantage. I looked forward to playing away games.

Needless to say, I highly recommend and endorse the Sprinturf product that Tom Fiala provided for CBC High School. The job was on schedule and very professionally done. Tom was on site and made sure that everything was up to standards. The preparation through completion could not have been any better.

This letter is written in support of Sprinturf and the history that we have in working with them on projects for our school. In particular, we have been very pleased with the installation of turf on our stadium field, which we use for a variety of activities (football, soccer, field hockey, and PE classes).

The project began with the bid process. Sprinturf offered what was easily the best bid. Not only were we very pleased with the dollar amount, but the specifications on the product and the warranty were superior to the other bids. We were also coordinating the project with the replacement of our track, and that was handled by Byrne & Jones. While Byrne & Jones does not do the turf work, they have worked with turf companies for many years, and as they provide the insurance for the overall project (turf installation and track replacement), it is very necessary for them to have extensive knowledge on turf products. We had them look at Sprinturf’s bid, they were extremely impressed by the dollar amount, quality of the product including the specifications, and the warranty. Their acknowledgement of those things convinced us to accept the Sprint Turf bid.

We have been nothing but impressed by the quality of the product. We have had the turf for four years, and it is still in terrific condition. Tom Fiala from Sprinturf has guided us on the care of the turf and given us outstanding customer advice. He also stops by frequently to check on it and ask us questions about how we care for the product. His customer service has been terrific.

The Sprinturf Construction Team was able to install their total system in six weeks, completing the project on schedule, August 2nd, for the start of football practice. During the football season, we played Alpharetta High School and one of the coaches asked me if this was our new turf field at Harrison…he couldn’t beloeve how well the SPRINTURF field had held up over the past seven years with usage by football, soccer, lacrosse, and track and field teams, as well as daily usage by the physical education department at Harrison High School.
