Mike has served as CFO for several privately owned and public companies in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Environmental Services, Direct Mail & Fulfillment Services and Secondary Education. Mike has also served as a Consulting CFO assisting companies with establishing accounting infrastructure, coordinating sale and acquisition events and partnering with leadership on operational initiatives. Most recently Mike was CFO at Aergo Solutions, an industry leader in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Mike received his Accounting degree from the University of Scranton. He enjoys golfing, travel, cooking and attending sporting events with family and friends.

Ted has 37 years experience in the Civil construction industry. His projects have been high profile projects, Government projects, and various projects from coast to coast, totaling in the billions of dollars. Ted has also sat on a board for AGC and has been on Senior Leadership Teams for various companies. He was also once a Corporate Safety Officer and stays heavily involved in safety here at Sprinturf. Ted enjoys nature, National Parks and being outside, especially in the West.

Started Nexcel Synthetics in 1997; PP carpet backing, PP fibers/yarns, PE/PP artificial turf – Grew from $400K in 1997 to $60M in 2004 – Sold to Blue Point Capital in 2004 – Purchased back as ITS in 2010. American Synthetics (americansynthetics.org) – Formed in 2009 in Charleston, SC – Producing polywoven packaging.
ITS purchased back Nexcel assets in 2010 in conjunction with Northstar Capital. ITS purchased Sprinturf in August 2010 to form first fully integrated turf company.
