Specialty products.

The Specialty Products Division at Sprinturf was created directly to supply the demand of the consumer. People were very interested to find out how to get our field products for their personal home use after their friends and families had played on them and experienced the Sprinturf difference in synthetic turf technology. Sprinturf turned to their agronomists to develop an array of products utilizing Sprinturf’s existing technology that would be offered to the general public to fulfill their needs. The Specialty Product line was born and currently consists of, but is not limited to:

Lawnscape -- a residential/commercial turf that replaces natural grass in those hard to maintain/grow places. SafTurf -- a system that is safety impact certified to reduce head injuries under playground equipment. GolfGrass -- a putting green application of turf that may be filled with sand and is used at multiple venues ranging from personal indoor/outdoor residencies to professional golf courses. T-Line is a longer version of our GolfGrass and is relied heavily by amateurs and professionals for consistent practice areas in any weather. RoofTop is very popular lightweight non-infill turf used on decks and high rise buildings because of its aesthetic/recreational value combined with the ability to reduce the internal temperature of buildings. Our G4 Sprinturf system is always available for backyard practice or stadium competition to always play like the pros.

Our turf is maintenance free, uses recycled tires, and is waterless. The current situation in multiple states and countries both domestically and foreign is that environmental issues have been disregarded for many years and those regions are now experiencing the consequences of neglect. Precious water reservoirs are depleted and improper disposal of discarded tires have left a multitude of hazards. Tire fires, contamination of groundwater, and the promotion of mosquito breeding grounds in the stagnate water held in the tires has perpetuated malaria and West Nile disease to epidemic proportions, as well as, attributed to a multitude of ecologic problems. Specialty Products Division believes that it can provide both solutions and invaluable concepts to its distributors and clients. Our waterless products combined with the vast usage of recycled tires in our infill system will help remedy these detrimental agents.
